Land and sea

Better known as a surf and turf. A tender filet from Cannuli’s and a fresh main lobster from Anastasi’s. We paired the lobster with a buttery, oaky Chardonnay from Napa. The filet with a gentile and bright Pinot Noir from Washington state. The salad was made with heirloom tomatoes and tossed with our homemade red wine vinegar.
