Festive veal

Fresh organic veal chop in a apple cider Demi-glacé with leeks and red currants. Out of this freakin’ world. Paired to perfection and the company kept was bar none. The wife, this bird we got, great food, great wine and Frankie cruning away in the background. Happy holidays!

Chateau Saint Sulpice… A brilliant Bordeaux, soft and round. Supple and well balanced tannins. With the veal… AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!! Ugh, sorry. I’m better now. 🙂
