Who says you can’t have red with salad..? This light blend works perfect with this mixed greens from heaven. Baby kale, escarole drizzled with white balsamic vinegar and olive oil from… California… Breaking all rules here folks. The world is so much different than those stuffy cook books. A down hill skier only falls because they are trying to go faster.
